Golden Lily (Jin Shuen) #27 Oolong Tea #55023 Jin Shuen is a special variety of Camellia Sinensis (tea plant) developed through research at the Taiwan Tea Agricultural Research center. This special variety is known for producing an Oolong with a special fragrance and a very light creaminess. Jin Shuen has an incredible fruity bouquet reminiscent of peaches. Honeysuckle/floral tones pervade in the background. The tea is light golden in color with a faintly sweet smooth taste and very light floral aroma. The Fujian mountains allow small tea bushes to be bathed only in the soft light of morning. Often surrounded in mist, the leaves grow slowly, producing the long-lasting fragrance and sweetness of the best Oolong. Oxidized 18%-20%.
